60 Second Chocolate Mousse recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. heavy cream
1 egg
1 ts. vanilla
whipped cream for topping, if desired |

METHOD |
Place chips, egg and vanilla in blender.
Cover and chop.
In a small sauce pan, heat cream until small bubbles appear at the edge.
Do NOT boil.
With blender running, pour in hot cream and blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour into dessert dishes and cover with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with cream cream just before serving, if you wish. |
