Al s Maple Cream Fudge recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
10 x 15 cookie sheet
4 c. sugar
4 c. brown sugar
2 Tb. flour
1 ts. salt
4 Tb. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. milk, 2%
1 ts. vanilla

METHOD |
Mix first four ingredients in a dutch oven.
Add butter and evaporated milk.
Bring to boiling point until sugar dissolves.
Cook until mixture reaches the soft ball stage (236*F).
Butter cookie sheet.
Cool mixture without stirring to a temperature to 110*F.
Add vanilla.
Beat mixture until it loses its gloss.
(Electric beaters can be used).
Pour quickly onto cookie sheet. |
