Apple Cinnamon Cake recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 box yellow cake mix
1 apple or peach pie filling(21 oz.)
3 eggs
3 ts. sugar
1 ts. cinnamon, ground |

METHOD |
Blend together first 3 ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Combine sugar and cinnamon well.
Spread 1/2 the batter into a 13 x 9 inch pan; sprinkle with 1/2 cinnamon mix.
Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. |
