Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 c. flour
3 ts. baking powder
1/2 ts. cinnamon
1/2 ts. salt
1/4 ts. nutmeg
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. milk
2/3 c. applesauce |

METHOD |
In a bowl, mix dry ingredients well with a fork.
To the egg, add oil and milk.
Stir in applesauce.
Stir wet mixture into dry mixture until just moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin cups.
Bake at 375* for 20 minutes. |
