Asparagus Supreme recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) frozen cut asparagus
10-3/4 oz. can cream of shrimp OR mushroom soup1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tb. carrot, coarsely shredded
1 ts. onion, minced and dried
1/8 ts. pepper
1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/8 ts. butter or margarine, melted |

METHOD |
Cook asparagus according to package directions.
Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, stir together soup, sour cream, carrot, onion and pepper.
Turn mixture in a 1 quart casserole dish.
Toss together stuffing and melted butter or margarine.
Sprinkle around edges of asparagus.
Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 30-35 minutes.
Makes 4-6 servings. |
