BBQ Pork Ribs recipe

INGREDIENTS

Pork Ribs, cut into sections of 3 to 4 rib bones each
1 Tb. garlic powder
1 ts. seasoned salt

METHOD

Add enough water to fully submerge the ribs in a large pot.
Add garlic powder and seasoned salt, stirring briefly.
Heat the seasoned water over low heat, and add the ribs.
Cover and let simmer for 2 to 4 hours.
Water should not boil, although you may occasionally need to add a cup of water due to evaporation.
After 2 to 4 hours, using tongs, place the ribs onto a lightly greased
square cake pan and bake at 375* for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Drizzle with your favorite BBQ sauce and let bake another 5 minutes.
Alternatively you can switch the oven to broil for the last 5 minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
