Baked Eggs Toasty Cups recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
bread slices
butter
eggs |

METHOD |
Trim the crusts from bread.
Roll out each piece almost flat.
Spread with butter and press, buttered side up into lightly greased muffin cups.
Bake at 375* for 10 minutes.
Break an egg into each cup, being careful not to break the yolk.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the whites are set and the yolks are firm.
The cups can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
They can be individually wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen in air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
