Baked Vegetables with Noodles recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
16 oz. package of wide egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. parmesan cheese, divided
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 ts. onion flakes
1/4 ts. oregano
1/4 ts. salt
1/2 ts. pepper
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots, thawed
2 c. frozen corn, thawed |

METHOD |
Preheat oven to 350*.
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Drain well.
Combine noodles with remaining ingredients and 3/4 cup parmesan cheese.
Pour into sprayed 13 x 9 baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 45-50 mins. |
