Beets - Pickled recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 can beets, sliced (14 fluid oz.)
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 ts. salt
1/4 ts. pepper
bay leaf |

METHOD |
In a medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients together and simmer on the stove for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool and store in a glass jar or container with tigh fitting lid. |
