Berry Sauce recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 Tb. sugar
1 ts. cornstarch
2 Tb. orange juice
1 Tb. water
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. raspberries |

METHOD |
In a small sauce pan, combine sugar, cornstarch, juice and water.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute, until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir berries into mixture.
Cool to room temperature.
Spoon into meringues or or rounded shape of frozen whipped topping. |
