Bisquick Blueberry Muffins recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 Tb. oil
3/4 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) |

METHOD |
Preheat oven to 400* and spray or line muffin cups.
Beat eggs slightly and stir in remaining ingredients except the berries, just until moistened.
Fold berries into batter.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. |
