Black Devils recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1-1/2 c. flour, all purpose
1/2 ts. baking powder
1/2 ts. baking soda
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 ts. salt
1 c. water
1 ts. vanilla 6 Tb. oil
Filling:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tb. egg, beaten
6 Tb. sugar
1/2. c. chocolate chips |

METHOD |
In a bowl. combine first 7 ingredients.
In another bowl, combine water, vanilla and oil.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and blend well.
Line muffins tins and pour 2 Tb. batter into each cup.
Combine filling ingredients and spoon 1 Tb. filling into center of each cup.
Bake at 350* for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from the batter portion of cake.
Makes 16 cupcakes. |
