Blueberry Cookies recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well beatn
1-1/2 flour, all purpose, sifted
1 c. blueberries, fresh
1/2 ts. lemon flavoring |

METHOD |
Sift together dry ingredients.
Cream butter and sugar; add egg and lemon flavoring.
Milk is added alternatively with flour mixture.
Fold in blueberries and drop onto sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake at 375* for 12-15 minutes. |
