Blueberry Tarts recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 ts. lemon juice
3/4 ts. vanilla
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 Tb. flour
3 Tb. butter
1-1/2 c. blueberries |

METHOD |
In a medium bowl, whisk egg, syrup, lemon juice and vanilla.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and flour.
Stir into egg mixture with butter.
Pour into tart shells.
Bake 18-23 minutes.
Remove tarts from tins immediately.
Tarts will firm up as they cool.
