Bran Bud Crunchies recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2-3/4 c. flour, sifted
2 ts. cream of tartar
1 ts. baking soda
1/2 ts. salt
1 c. oil
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Bran Buds
2 Tb. sugar
2 ts. cinnamon, fresh ground if you can |

METHOD |
In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
In a large bowl, beat oil, sugar and eggs until well blended.
Add dry ingredients together with bran buds; mix well.
Shape dough into balls using 1 level tablespoon for each.
Roll balls in mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Place on ungreased baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each with fork.
Bake at 400* for about 10 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies. |
