Brittle Crunch Tortoni |
INGREDIENTS |
1/2 c. crushed peanut brittle, divided
1 jar marshmallow creme (7 oz.)
1/4 c. milk
1-1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed |

METHOD |
Reserve2 tablespoons of the peanut brittle for topping.
Place marshmallow creme in medium bowl.
With electric mixer on medium speed, gradually add milk, beating well after each addition, until well blended.
Gently stir in the remaining peanut brittle and whipped topping.
Spoon evenly into 9 paper-lined medium muffin cups.
Sprinkle with the reserved peanut brittle.
Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
Store leftover desserts in freezer. |
