Broccoli and Chicken Casserole recipe


INGREDIENTS

3 c. no yolk egg noodles
2 1/2 pieces chicken breast, skinless, cooked and
chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 1/4 c. broccoli cuts, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, low fat
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded
1 ts. basil
1/2 ts. garlic powder
1/2 ts. onion powder
2 ts. salt
1/4 ts. pepper


METHOD

Preheat oven to 350* Spray a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and set aside.
Cook noodles and drain.
Combine noodles, chicken,
onions and broccoli.
In another bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Combine noodle mixture and pour all into casserole.
Bake, covered for 40 minutes.
