Butterscotch Squares recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1 ts. baking powder
1/4 ts. salt
1/4 c. nuts, chopped (your favorite)
1 ts. vanilla |

METHOD |
Preheat oven to 350*.
In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
Add egg; mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon batter into a greased 8" square pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. |
