Cheese Spinach Bake recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
10 oz. pkg. spinach, frozen and chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. brick cheese, shredded
1. ts. dried onion, minced |

METHOD |
Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain well, pressing out any excess liquid.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Stir into spinach.
Turn spinach mixture into a 20 oz. casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Makes 4 servings. |
