Chicken Mushroom Soup recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
6 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/2 onion, diced
12 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chicken, cooked
salt and pepper to taster
2 Tb. soy sauce
2 eggs, well beaten

METHOD |
In a large pot, over medium heat, combine broth, celery and onion.
Cook until tender, then add mushrooms and chicken.
Boil about 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and say sauce.
Add eggs gradually and cook until firm.
Makes 6-8 servings. |
