Chicken Soup recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
4-6 chicken thighs
2 lg. parsley roots
2 lg. carrots
2 potatoes, cubed
1 celery stalk, chopped
salt to taste |

METHOD |
Fill large pot halfway with water.
Put in chicken and boil for 15 minutes.
Skim debris off top.
Reduce heat and add rest of ingredients.
Simmer, softly boiling for 1 1/2 hours.
Fifteen minutes before serving, add small square egg noodles
and cook. |
