Chicken and Stuffing recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 box stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup water

METHOD |
Preheat oven to 350*.
Place chicken in a single layer in a casserole dish.
Put 1 slice of cheese on each piece; sprinkle stuffing mix over the cheese.
In a bowl, stir together soup and water until smooth.
Pour over stuffing mix.
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 170*.
TIP: This recipe also works well with boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Use 8 thighs and top each thigh with half a slice of cheese. |
