Chinese Casserole recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1-1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lg. onion, diced
2 c. celery, diced
1 c. tomato soup
1 c. cream of mushroom
soup
1 ts. garlic powder
1 can bean sprouts, drained |

METHOD |
Mix all ingredients together and place in 2 quart casserole.
Cover top with chow mein noodles.
Bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
Makes 4 servings. |
