Choclate Dream Mousse recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1/4 oz.)
1/4 c. cold water
2 Tb. sugar
1 can Carnation evaporated or fat free milk (12 oz.)
2 c. chocolate chips
1 Tb. vanilla |

METHOD |
In a medium sauce pan, sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand for 1 minute.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in sugar and milk.
Continue stirring over medium heat until milk is steaming hot (do not boil).
Pour mixture into blender and add chips and vanilla.
Cover and blend on low speed until smooth.
Pour into small mixer bowl.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds from a spoon.
Beat on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until thick and light in color.
Spoon into serving dishes and chill until ready to serve.
Makes 12 servings. |
