Choclate Syrup recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/3 c. syrup
1/2 c. cocoa
6 Tb. water
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 ts. salt
1 c. milk
3 Tb. butter
1/2 ts. vanilla |

METHOD |
In a sauce pan, combine syrup, cocoa and water.
Cook over low heat until well blended.
Stir constantly.
Add sugar, salt and milk. simmer for 7-8 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and beat in butter and vanilla.
Serve over desserts.
Makes 32 servings. |
