Chocolate Chantilly recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (1 oz. each)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. heavy cream
1 ts. vanilla

METHOD |
In microwave safe bowl, combine first three ingredients.
Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes, or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in vanilla and let cool.
In a separate bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
Fold into chocolate mixture.
Spoon into dessert dishes; cover and chill for 2-3 hours.
