Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 recipe


INGREDIENTS

1/2 ts. salt
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chip
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. unsalted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Silk Vanilla or Silk Plus Omega-3 DHA
2-1/4 c. flour
1 ts. vanilla
1 ts. baking soda


METHOD

Preheat the oven to 350*.
Using and electric mixer or sturdy wooden spoon, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Slowly add Silk, mix well, then add the vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and stir to blend.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoons on buttered or parchment-lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Makes about 60 cookies.
