4 boxes instant chocolate pudding, prepared 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.) 2 c. icing sugar 2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
In a bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir in pudding. Pour into large glass bowl. Garnish as desired. Chill.
