Chocolate Cream Mock Mousse recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate (1 oz.)
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (3 oz.)
1 ts. vanilla
1 jar marshmallow cream (7 oz.)
2 c. whipped topping |

METHOD |
In sauce pan on low heat, melt chocolate until smooth when stirred.
Remove from heat.
Add cream cheese and vanilla and beat with mixer on medium until well blended.
Blend in marshmallow cream.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into dessert dishes and chill for several hours. |
