Chocolate Cream Mousse recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
3 sq. semi sweet chocolate
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (3 oz.)
1 ts. vanilla
1 jar marshmallow cream (7 oz.) |

METHOD |
In a sauce pan, melt chocolate until smooth.
Remove from heat and add cream cheese and vanilla.
With electric mixer on medium speed, mix until well blended.
Add in marshmallow creme and mix well.
Gently fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into serving dishes and garnish as desired.
Refrigerate for several hours or until well set.
Makes 6 servings. |
