Chocolate Creme Crepes recipe


INGREDIENTS

1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk(not evaporated)
1/4 c. cold water
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix(4 serving size)
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 pkg. crepes (10 crepes)
icing sugar, sifted
1-1/2 c. sliced or fresh fruit


METHOD

In a large bowl, beat milk and water with mixer.
Beat in pudding mix and cocoa powder.
Fold in whipped cream.
Cover and chill for 15 minutes.
Spoon a generous 1/3 cup filling into each crepe.
Place on serving plate and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Spoon fruit over top.
