Chocolate Layer Cheesecake recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 sq. semi sweet chocolate
2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 ts. vanilla
2 large eggs
1 9 inch chocolate flavored pie crust |

METHOD |
In a sauce pan, melt chocolate over medium low heat; cool slightly.
In another bowl, with an electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.
Stir melted chocolate into 1/2 of batter.
Pour chocolate batter into crust.
Top with remaining plain batter.
Bake at 350* for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. |
