Chocolate Mint Parfaits recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 pkg. (4 servings) instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
1 Tb. creme de menthe liqueur |

METHOD |
In a medium bowl, prepare pudding as directed.
Chill until set.
Fold in sour cream.
In a small bowl, fold together dessert topping and liqueur.
Into 4 parfait glasses, spoon alternate layers of the pudding and topping mixes.
Chill until serving time. |
