Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 pkg. caramels (14 oz.)
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. nuts, chopped (your choice of nuts)
1 chocolate crust (9 inch)
1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. fudge topping |

METHOD |
In a medium sauce pan, place caramels and evaporated milk.
Heat over medium-low heat, stirring continually until smooth, about 5 minutes.
Stir in 1 cup of nuts.
Pour into pie crust.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk in a blender.
Process until smooth.
Add pudding mix; process for additional 30 seconds.
Pour pudding mixture over pudding mixture, covering evenly.
Chill, loosely covered until set, about 15 minutes.
Drizzle fudge topping over pudding layer in a decorative pattern.
Sprinkle top of pie with remaining nuts.
Chill, covered loosely until serving time. |
