Cinnamon Applesauce recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
10 lg. cooking apples
1 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
1-1/2 ts. cinnamon
1/2 c. hot water
2 Tb. butter |

METHOD |
Peel, quarter and core apples.
Place in crockpot.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Add water until sugar dissolves.
Pour over apples.
Dot the surface with butter.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on Auto for 4 hours.
Puree apples and store in covered container in refrigerator. |
