Cinnamon Chocolate Pudding recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tb. cornstarch
1 ts. cinnamon, fresh ground if you can
2 cans evaporated milk (12 oz.)
1 c. chocolate chips
2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1/2 c. coconut OR chopped peanuts |

METHOD |
In a heavy sauce pan, combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
Gradually add in milk.
Stir in chips and egg yolks.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Pour mixture into pudding dishes.
Chill for at least 1 hour or longer; sprinkle with coconut or nuts.
Makes 8 servings. |
