Clam Dip recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each), softened
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 ts. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tb. mustard
8 green onions, minced
2 cans clams, minced and drained (7-1/2 oz. each) |

METHOD |
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Using a blender, mix mixture until smooth.
Chill in fridge until serving.
Serve with chips and/or crackers.
Makes 4 cups. |
