Cookie Dough Cheesecake recipe


INGREDIENTS

2 pkg.(8 oz. each)cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 ts. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 c. prepared chocolate chip cookie dough, divided
1 graham crust


METHOD

Preheat oven to 350*.
In a large bowl with mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add eggs and mix just until blended.
Remove 1/2 cup of dough and drop by teaspoons into batter.
Stir gently.
Pour into crust.
Top with level teaspoons of remaining cookie dough.
Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Store leftovers in fridge.
Makes 8 servings.
This recipe is one of our favorites and quite easy to make.

Note: It is not advisable to eat raw cookie dough.
