Corys Breakfast Lasagna recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 kg. hash browns, frozen
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup. sour cream
1 onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, cooked then diced
2 c. cheddar and mozzarella |

METHOD |
Using a lasagna tray:
1st layer-hash browns
2nd layer-mix sour cream and soup, and pour over hash browns.
3rd layer-onions
4th layer-bacon
5th layer-top with cheese
Cook in oven covered with tin foil for approximately 1 hour at 325*.
Take foil off and let cook for another 5 minutes.
Makes 6-8 servings. |
