Cream Cheese Cookies recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (3 oz.)
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 ts. vanilla
1-1/2 c. flour |

METHOD |
Preheat oven to 325* and lightly grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg yolk and vanilla.
Stir in flour until well blended.
Drop dough by spoonfuls, making an indent in center of each and fill with preserves or candy.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cookies should be pale.
Makes 72 cookies. |
