Cream of Tomato Soup recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 c. cooked tomatoes
1/2 Tb. onion, minced
1 ts. salt
1/4 ts. pepper
2 ts. sugar
2 Tb. butter
2 Tb. flour
4 c. milk, scalded |

METHOD |
In a medium pot, cook tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper and sugar together for 15 minutes; strain.
In a large pot, melt butter, blend in flour and add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Add to tomato mixture gradually to milk mixture, stirring constantly.
Makes 6 servings.
