Cream of Vegetable Soup recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/4 c. rice, uncooked
4 c. boiling water
2 ts. salt
2 c. vegetables, chopped (onions, tomatoes, turnips, carrots)
2 c. evaporated milk |

METHOD |
In a medium pot, boil rice in water until almost tender.
Add salt and vegetables and continue boiling until vegetables are tender.
Add milk and cook until heated.
Makes 6 servings. |
