Creamy Chicken Quiche recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 ten inch pie crust
1/2 cup Butter or margarine
1/2 pound Mushrooms, sliced
2 cups Chicken; cooked, diced
1 Green onion bunch, chopped
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cups Light cream
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated |

METHOD |
Crust: Bake at 400* for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Filling: Saute mushrooms in butter.
Add chicken and green onions.
Saute five minutes.
Add to pie shell.
Blend eggs, salt and cream together.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until set.
Makes 6 servings. |
