Creamy Mushroom Sauce recipe
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 Tb. margarine, unsalted
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 ts. white pepper
2 Tb. flour, all purpose
unsalted spices to taste
Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine until tender.
Stir in cream cheese until melted.
Shake flour, pepper and milk together.
Add to skillet.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Nice sauce for pasta.
Add a salad and bread for a meatless
