Creamy Turkey Mushroom Patties recipe


INGREDIENTS

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 green onions, sliced
1 ts. Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. hot water
1 ts. instant beef bouillon granules
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
hot cooked noodles


METHOD

In a bowl, stir together egg, sour cream, crumbs, onions and sauce.
Add meat and mix well.
Shape mixture into six 1/2 inch thick patties.
Place patties in the bottom of a 12 x 7 baking dish.
Combine water and granules.
Stir in soup and undrained mushrooms.
Spoon over turkey patties.
Cover and chill in the fridge for 3 to 24 hours.
Before serving, uncover and bake at 375* for about 50 minutes or until patties are cooked.
Remove patties.
Stir sauce in baking dish.
Serve sauce over patties and noodles.
Makes 6 servings.
