Crepes for two recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 Tb. butter, melted
1/4 Ts. salt
1 c. flour |

METHOD |
In large bowl whisk eggs, add water, milk and melted butter.
Whisk again, add salt and gradually stir in flour.
Pour 1/4 cup crepe batter into hot lightly greased frying pan.
Flip crepe after bottom is light golden brown.
Store the cooked crepes in the oven set to warm on an oven proof plate.
Once all the crepes are prepared, add a tablespoon of your favorite jam, jelly or preserves to each and roll them up.
Top with a pat of butter and a light sprinkling of powdered sugar.
Makes 4 crepes. |
