Crusty Parmesan Biscuits recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1-3/4 c. flour
1 Tb. baking powder
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
bacon, cooked and crumbled |

METHOD |
Combine baking powder and cheese, cut in butter until mixture resembles crumbs.
Add combined egg and milk, mixing until moist; stir in bacon.
Drop by large spoonfuls onto Pam sprayed cookie sheets.
Bake at 400* for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 10-11 biscuits.
Note: I keep cooked, crumbled bacon in the freezer in an airtight container for recipes like this.
