Cucumber and Herb Dip recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 pkg.(8 oz.)cream cheese, softened
1 c. cucumber, finely chopped, well drained
1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 ts. dill weed
1/2 ts. lemon juice
1/4 ts. garlic, minced
1/4 ts. salt |

METHOD |
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
Makes 18 servings.
