Drying Fresh Herbs recipe


INGREDIENTS

Fresh herbs
Parchment paper
cookie sheets


METHOD

Turn oven to 150*
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Place herbs in single layer on cookie sheets.
Bake for about an hour or until herbs are dry and crumbly to the touch.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Store in dark containers away from moisture, heat and light.
