Easy Blender Mousse recipe


INGREDIENTS

2 c. semi sweet chocolate
1/2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1 ts. vanilla
1 Tb. rum (optional)


METHOD

In blender, combine chocolate and water and process for 15 seconds.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add cream and process for 1 minute.
Add vanilla and rum, if desired and process for 10 seconds.
Pour into dessert dishes and chill until set.
